In terms of supply, the northern region is still in the winter off-peak production stage, expected to end on March 10th, while the southern region may implement off-peak production plans or arrange maintenance in the first quarter, leading to minor changes in short-term cement supply volumes.

After the holiday, the first week saw weak market demand, causing a slight decrease in cement prices. However, as spring approaches and temperatures rise, the downstream construction boom is expected to drive an increase in cement demand and potentially prices. Galaxy Securities advises paying attention to market demand conditions in the southern region.
