On March 14, 2024, Cementownia Ożarów S.A., a prominent figure in the cement production industry, celebrated the grand opening of its refurbished Technical Advisory and Development Department. The event was officiated by Marcin Majcher, the Mayor of Ożarów, with key figures such as Deputy Mayor Paweł Rędziak and Office Secretary Tomasz Sobieraj in attendance.

Mariusz Adamek, Managing Director and President of the Board at Cement Ożarów S.A., highlighted the comprehensive modernization of both the Department of Technical Advice and Development and the Concrete Laboratory. This initiative is aimed at addressing the dynamic challenges of the construction sector and the changing world through research, technical advice, laboratory support, and education, providing substantial added value to their commercial partners.

Marek Majcher, Director of Communication and External Relations and a Board Member at Cement Ożarów S.A., reflected on the history of the company's Technical Advisory Office. Established in 1998, with a state-of-the-art Concrete Laboratory launched in 2000, the office, under the leadership of Jarosław Buczek, has significantly contributed to the company's commitment to innovation and industry support.

Cementownia Ożarów S.A. is a leader in cement production, including hydraulic binders, producing approximately 3 million tons of cement annually. The company boasts the largest clinker kiln in Europe and a modern, automated cement loading system integrated with an online ordering portal. With a fleet of 300 cement trucks and distribution through its depots in Białystok, Gdańsk, and Olsztyn, Cementownia Ożarów S.A. employs over 550 people in Poland and is part of the CRH Group, which employs more than 76,000 individuals across 29 countries globally.
