Dalmia Cement Rebrands as Roof Column Foundation Expert, Shifts Focus Toward B2C Segment
Puneet Dalmia-led Dalmia Cement announced plans to refocus its strategy, increasing emphasis on direct consumer sales while adopting the new identity of "Roof Column Foundation" (RCF) expert.

Dalmia Cement, under the leadership of Puneet Dalmia, has decided to strengthen its presence in the business-to-consumer (B2C) sector, shifting away from its previous branding as 'Future Today.' This strategic move aligns with the company's goal to expand at a rate of 14-15%, outpacing the anticipated industry growth of 10%.
To accomplish this objective, Dalmia Cement intends to raise the proportion of B2C revenue from 65% to 70% of its total income. The company's focus on blended cements, which account for 84% of its production, contributes to this effort because they offer a lower carbon footprint. Having already established a robust network of 45,000 dealers across India, Dalmia Cement is concentrating on expanding its reach beyond metropolitan regions, particularly in tier 2 and tier 3 towns.
