The ports of East and West Port Said in Egypt have been bustling with significant shipping activities. The East Port of Port Said recently welcomed the vessel SPARLYRA, arriving from Alexandria, to load 51,625 tons of clinker destined for Gibraltar. Additionally, the port received the ATLANTIC SPRIT from the Ain Sokhna Port, set to ship 23,000 tons of bagged cement to the United States.

Moreover, the port saw the arrival of the vessel EVOLUTION from Russia, unloading 23,512 tons of coal for use as an alternative fuel in cement production. The port administration has implemented environmental safety measures to maintain air quality standards during this process.

Meanwhile, the West Port of Port Said received the vessel LIA IEVOLI from the Mediterranean basin, loading 9,300 tons of caustic soda for Greece. The port also welcomed the ZAMZAM A from Turkey, unloading 2,475 tons of marble.

In this context, the Suez Canal Economic Zone Ports Authority is taking all necessary measures and coordinating with relevant entities within the port to facilitate efficient loading and unloading operations on the docks.
