The board of Saudi Cement Company has recommended a 10% cash dividend, equivalent to 1 SAR per share, for the second half of 2023.

In Saudi Arabia, the Saudi Cement Company's board of directors, during its meeting on Wednesday, February 7, 2024, recommended distributing cash dividends to its shareholders at a rate of 10% of the capital. This translates to 1 Saudi Riyal per share for the second half of the year 2023.

The current capital of the company stands at 1,530 million SAR, with the total number of shares being 153 million. Consequently, the total distributed profits amount to 153 million SAR. The eligibility for these dividends will be determined by the end of the day of the upcoming general assembly meeting for those registered in the company's records at the Securities Depository Center by the end of the second trading day following the assembly's date. The date of the assembly will be announced later.
