The presence of this dermaga terminal can reduce building material prices by up to 10% in the border area between Indonesia and Malaysia. 

The special terminal dermaga operates with a commercial or operational terminal license, which means it serves large-scale trade, such as cement, lime, sand, and stone1.Secretary of the District of Kabupaten Nunukan, Serfianus, stated that the special terminal dermaga was officially inaugurated on January 18, 2024. 

This dermaga can help reduce transportation costs and facilitate the trade of building materials in the area.
