The Board of Directors, after a meeting held on January 9, 2024, approved the appointment of Mr. Pan Zhonghong as the company's Deputy General Manager. Mr. Pan Zhonghong, born in October 1974, is an engineer by profession. He graduated from Wuhan University of Technology and joined the group in 1995. Over the years, he has held various significant positions within the company and its subsidiaries. His roles have included Assistant General Manager of China Cement Factory Limited, Assistant General Manager of Anhui Digang Conch Cement Co., Ltd., Deputy General Manager of Quanjiao Conch Cement Co., Ltd., General Manager of Zunyi Conch Panjiang Cement Co., Ltd., General Manager of Yingde Conch Cement Co., Ltd., Vice Chairman of the Guizhou Regional Management Committee, President of the Guangdong Region, and Assistant General Manager of the company.
Mr. Pan's extensive experience in cement process technology and project investment development has been instrumental in the growth and success of Anhui Conch Cement. His appointment as Deputy General Manager is effective from the date of the Board's approval.
This change in senior management is part of Anhui Conch Cement's ongoing efforts to meet the company's operational and management needs and align with its strategic goals.
